Balmoral House is a long established Care Home in Rhyl, a seaside town in North Wales, the home provides an ideal environment for those who wish to spend their retirement years in the comfort and security of a caring family atmosphere.

The aims and objectives of the home are to ensure that the dignity and self respect of the Residents are safeguarded at all times and that their quality of life is held in the highest regard.  To this end the daily routines involved in the running of the home are kept as flexible and unobtrusive as possible.

Balmoral House has a commitment to the development of its staff, which ensures that residents receive a consistently high standards of care.

In February 1999, the Home attained the prestigious Investors in People Award, one of the first care homes in North Wales to do so.  Since then we have managed to retain the Award through the 3 yearly reviews carried out by Investors in People UK, the most recent being in July 2011
